The Baracuta G4 is a cornerstone of the brand’s legacy, often considered the more relaxed, roomier twin to the classic G9 Harrington jacket.
According to the Baracuta archives, the G4 was created only a few years after the G9, around 1944. The Miller brothers wanted to offer an alternative, more relaxed, and straighter silhouette.
While sharing the DNA of the G9, the G4 was intentionally designed to offer a different fit, making it the perfect “alternative twin.”
Unlike the G9, the elasticated ribbed waist and cuffs have been replaced with adjustable button-strap closures at the sides and cuffs. The jacket retains the G9's other signature details, including the stand-up collar, the umbrella back yoke and our signature Fraser Tartan lining.
